The bureau was founded in 2005 by jeweler and artist Semen Nefedkin, a graduate of the Carl Fabergé College with honors and a certified engineer. His experience in leading jewelry houses, participation in international exhibitions, and membership in professional artistic unions form the foundation of jewelry atelier exacting standards.
